First time I've really tried to deadlift since november so changed the rep scheme from the wod

Didn't want to push it and i could def feel my back pulling at 365. Sad that its only 80% of my max but happy to be at that lift again.

this was harder than I'd expected, not only was i smoked from doing yesterday's wall ball fun twice but pretty tired from the deads. Beside the normal leg fatigue i could feel my legs working in a new way with these 2 moves back to back. I liked it. Holding onto the bar during deadlifts def didn't help holding onto the ohs.
